Yep! I am too active to worry about all that. My sister was tiny and well portioned with both, and could get any man she wanted, but mever learned how to do anything without a man. I have literally thanked God he gave me a brain instead of boobs!

My mom used to get SOOOO worried that I wasn’t growing boobs, but luckily she’s gotten a lot better about commenting about my appearances

It’s a preference thing for sure. I also prefer the athletic look.

Most importantly though, in real life character and the way someone carries themselves is infinitely sexier and more attractive than any of the above. I think that’s a nuance that seems to be missed a lot by the younger generation and something that @ChickenLittle hit right on the head with her “earning respect” comment.

I actually think that’s tied in to having a body that’s earned. You don’t have to be muscular or ripped; just look like you care. I think it’s fairly obvious when someone makes good nutritional choices and chooses to be active. It shows in their physique whether they’re like us in the weight room or just slim and healthy. Either way, the outward appearance conveys a bit about what’s on the inside.

I’m not saying it’s black and white. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen some vain idiots who work hard in the gym. I’ve also met some great people who look absolutely horrible. :laughing:

I personally feel they are for the purpose of feeding offspring and not be to touted as decorations. It has no bearing on one’s femininity.

I agree to a point.

My point was that the personality shines through in the way people carry themselves and interact with others. And that, to me, is no.1 in terms of attractiveness. But boobs are also nice.

I completely agrree. There is nothing more beautiful than a sexy, confident woman with nice proportions. However, One with 44 FFF Bessie bags ( natural or otherwise) on display is not. They were never meant to be ornaments, and there is no need for all that. The same with the asses. I don’t know why young people feel the need to bare it all to the world.

If you’re sexy, yes let shit shine, but you don’t have to do it naked. Leave a little something to the imagination. It’s like knowing what’s in the Christmas present before you open it. The thrill is gone. Nothing left to be excited about. Show a little reapect for yourself. You have to value yourself before anynody else is going to either.

Okay, I went back and sorted thru my old log and discovered that 110 WM was the PR two freaking years ago! It has taken two years to get over this shit and back on track. Ugh!
1x1/155 for 1 rm (we are excluding the 165 good morning)

Found one post where I hit 3x80 on BP so that will be the rep PR to break, and 95 for 1 rm

And apparently I could do 5x5/55 on OHP and 1x1/70 push press

And I know 230 is the DL PR

Felt EXTREMELY bad yesterday. I am afraid I have done something to piss off my Graves again, bloated, heart racing/pounding, shaky, felt like I was radiating heat. Grrrr! Hopefully it’s just seasonal allergies that have it aggravated.

Speaking of which, I stopped by the redneck mall to pickup a big bag if cat and the passed Dr. Franklin in the aisle. I am still angry that he wouldn’t do the labwork and offer up some meds for this shit. He smiled and gave me “Hey!” like we are friends. All he got in return was… the go fuck yourself look. Certainly hope he interpreted that way :imp:

Ate small portions of food for 3 hors straight to get my blood sugar calmed down, took claritin, and L carnitine feel and better today. Just a little bloating, shaky and tachycardia. So I was stoked with the amrap set!

May or may not hit OHP tonight will have to see how I feel. Think I will pickup some Amino acids that has them all in smaller doses in there. Maybe that will be enough to keep the evil spirits away.
