Ever had blood sugar issues?
It’s usually high because of my Grave, so it could be that. I ate earlier last night and probably should have had a snack before bed. Either that or it could be the new can of coffee. I haven’t been having any issues until the last couple days. The only thing I have changed is the coffee… hmmmmm
The last few times I’ve tried pre-workout I’ve felt shaky and off. I think it’s from the caffeine which is surprising because I don’t get a jolt of energy. It sounds like your new coffee might be a little more potent.
