I did try to bench today.

This whole thing was a shit show. The bench, the rack, the bar at the gym is not working for me. From here on out I HAVE to do the barbell stuff at the house, and just use the bigger dumbbells and machines at the gym.

Ever had blood sugar issues?

It’s usually high because of my Grave, so it could be that. I ate earlier last night and probably should have had a snack before bed. Either that or it could be the new can of coffee. I haven’t been having any issues until the last couple days. The only thing I have changed is the coffee… hmmmmm

The last few times I’ve tried pre-workout I’ve felt shaky and off. I think it’s from the caffeine which is surprising because I don’t get a jolt of energy. It sounds like your new coffee might be a little more potent.
