1x7/190 was shooting 10 I have pulled these in the same place so long the floor is uneven. The bar kept trying to twist. I’m just throwing the trap bar in the car next time and taking it to the gym where the floor is level.

Something weird goes on with my left shoulder on these. It like my shoulder blade is digging into the bench Hmmm
Tried some lat raises and they were WAY too trappy so i called that off
Shit got sideways last week. Sunday I loaded/unloaded a washer, recliner, gas grill, cast iron bench, and aome carpet. The gas grill bruised my right at the hip crease. Them had a peep emergency, then later in the week a peep pet emergency, and I bought a new pair of shoes, that made the bones in my right foot hurt along with my hip. Why can’t they make decent shoes that don’t cost $200?
Anyway, moved my weight stand, dumbbell rack all the weights, and pulled up the mats to put down a piece of 3/4 plywood yesterday. Put the mats back on it, moved the racks back and then tried to DL. Uh… no. Did a couple of sets and could not get in the groove.
So… I started to get pissy about the whole thing and said… Nope! These things happen, you just have to learn to deal with it. The plan is to just do the 2nd week, this week. It will be okay!
Combining ab work, cardio and baby shark is just a list of all the worst things in the world. Might as well throw some broccoli on there and call it hell.
