Okay I did this weird lat thing. Inused a band on the rack for the last one. Have to work on that, it felt moew trappy than latty.
But the 21s on the pullover was killer.
I have never achieved soreness in my lats. We will see!

Tried some hamstring curls again. All I end up doing is cramping up my hammies
Thought about some barbell lunges but after 5 on each I talked myself out of that pretty quick.
Definitely not my finest, but I did do something. The main lift was pretty good.

I am still not quite back to where I was (strength wise) last year, but I still want to do it at least once in my life. Hopefully more!

Well I wanted to go watch the all womens meet today but, that ain’t going to happen. It’s amazing when I say something about a meer the universe goea haywire. Grrr!
