The workout yesterday came from loading a glass top stove into the back of expedition with WAY too much " help" I honestly thought my big ole boy would be able to hold up his end of the deal but Nooooo! Then the 84 yo had to throw herself into the mix. :roll_eyes:
What part of get out of my way, don’t y’all understand? Stop pushing it towards me! It took three attempts but I got that heavy (Bad word) in there!

Day 3
No workout today. The new jack ass at the food pantry is WAY too over eager, but obviously can’t lift the whole bag of carrots or onions to pour them into the bin. Ha! I took them away from him. :roll_eyes:

See, being fat/ bigger does have some advantages.

In my defense I did go talk to somebody about my gym membership I had already purchased a long time ago. She swiped some stuff on my phone and assured me it would work. It…it did not. We couldn’t get in. Maybe next time. I will talk to the head honcho next week to see what I did wrong.

Sweet baby Jesus! I don’t know what I did to my right arm yesterday but… let’s not and say we did. Oucheee, ouchee, oucheee until about 4pm. There is a reason I don’t have shoulder boulders.
It’s okay this morning but let’s give it a lil break.

Did I mention the dire hunger? I was soooooo hungry I almost broke down and bought a rotisserie chicken to scarf down, in the car, on the way home before supper.

That’s Junior. (You have to say it like Sean Connery in the Indiana Jones movie) He looks EXCATLY like his daddy Bitsy. Okay, so I thought Bitsy was a female when he was tiny because he was so lil and cute.
I took him (Bitsy) for his rabies shot and he lost his mind. Hasn’t been the same since. :sob:
Poor thing was traumatized by the whole ordeal.
