Thanks! I have tried landmines a few times but haven’t done them enough to form an opinion. I will throw some in the mix to see what happens. I don’t have a viking press yet, I will have to see if I have any pipe will work to build one.

I have seen your posted pictures. I’m really impressed with your muscular development! The older I get the more I revise my definition of old. You canbe old in your 50s, but you certainly don’t have to be. And you aren’t! Rage on, my friend.
Persistent heat and humidity gets me irritable too, if I’m not careful.
