I’m always confused about the whole incline thing. Should it be high, low, medium? Thibs says the assistance for failing BP at midway is push press and Incline. Hmmmm… I am debating whether or not to ask him to clarify. I am not very good at this :crazy_face:

For me, landmine ohp or viking press work well.

Thanks! I have tried landmines a few times but haven’t done them enough to form an opinion. I will throw some in the mix to see what happens. I don’t have a viking press yet, I will have to see if I have any pipe will work to build one.

Went out to train, had a complete meltdown, tore shit up, worked way harder than any session I had planned… lol

So many little things. Tired of the humidity, mosquitoes, uneven floor, to cluttered up. I need to get a grip.

Now I will have to put it all back together. :crazy_face:
