Very happy I got it all in. Did a lot of of yard work yesterday, ya know my mom just loves that grubbing hoe. Still working on getting my sled/ tire area cleaned up. Weed eater ran of gas again and it was almost dark so I called it. Too wet this morning to finish it. Legs cramped all night so I figured this would be a shitshow. Nope. It went much better than expected.
And just a PSA… century plant sap is apparently poisonous.
Who knew? It causes severe burning and itching sensations on your skin… don’t even go there!
Next week would technically be a deload, but I am thinking about just running the first cycle again now that I am getting back in the groove.

A) up the weight on the next round?
B) go for more reps per set?
C) or add more sets until I get to 100 reps
