Thanks OG! I have tried using a band a couple of years ago, just didn’t stick with it long enough to see any results. I will give this a go and try to stick with it this time.

10x5 pushups
5x10 ab roller
1x30 and 1x20 BPAs
50 lunges briken into various sets

Nice work on the CL Medley… I did mine today as a complex…I was afraid after my morning gym workout if I didn’t get it done quickly I would end up in the house of shame!

Thanks OG! It was a good day, most of it anyway. I barely got the lunges in, so I definitely need to structure that better.

Just got finished working out the lower body part of my 6 week plan which I am pretty sure by week 3 will a bust. If I can’t recover I’ll burn that bridge when I get there, right now I just need a jump start to get me going again.

Wu= wrestling giant cable machine parts out of gym. Honestly, it’s just too big. I will have to add a room on before I can assemble it. Got the heater hooked up.

The important part here is that I got dressed and went out and done something. Almost ready to get this party started! Got half my plan laid out to start Monday. May have rethink TM, we will see. Sometimes it’s just a matter waking things up.

Now, to figure out the hard part… upper body.
