Dang, CL, there’s a lot going on in your world. Did you ever get a chance to see if a daily dose did anything for you?

And why’s the log back on the Over 35 section? I’ve been missing the updates.

I made it 33 days on the daily dose before I washed out. I just ended up with too much stuff going on, and got rundown. I kinda liked the thought of DLing every day, but also miss some a good old rep session too. Not sure where Inwant to go from here.

I moved back down here because I just haven’t been lifting in a couple of weeks and the training log section is jam packed. It’s really just easier to find down here.

They are ready to get back to normal. No fear of the virus. The one with the lung transplant went shopping Tuesday. No worries, it’s all bullshit. We need to get back to life.

Is there any other kind of challenge?

CL- maybe something like 50 push ups, 50 KB swings, 50 mountain climbers 5x a week… just some additional volume nothing crazy, the 2 days off gives flexibility to work/life issues we all encounter so we don’t just throw in the towel, doesn’t have to be done all it once, just doing it…thoughts? and suggest other the whole idea is for you to nudge me along…!!!

Hmmm… sounds doable. I have a homemade T- handle I can use for the swings. Now I just have to figure out what to run with it.

How about a pizza curl for time kind of thing? I’m definitely up for that

Why not something like simple and sinister 5 days a week? Add in some push ups and you wouldn’t be far off a complete, if extremely minimalist workout.

So:
10 x 10 swings
5 TGU
25-100 push ups, depending on strength levels.

I am assuming this means Turkish Get Ups? Don’t give him any ideas!

I have been rearranging stuff in my gym and got it all whacked out. Had to move the mats and plywood, plates and rack blah, blah, blah
By the time I got all that done the DL was pointless… lol But I did do something! So I have that going for me.
