Woke up just before dawn to dog barking because a storm was coming. Looked in the phone and yep, here it comes. Got the dog all calmed down and right after daybreak the darl clouds were scary! Swirling and twisting right in my front yard. Radar showed the front to be coming from the south but all the clouds were coming from the north. i tjought for a couple of minutes it was going to pop a tornado out right in my yard. No coffee needed to wake up today. It blew over and it is gorgeous out there right now. It blew all that stagnant humidity away that lingered on yesterday. Whoo hoo! Feeljng sparky now😁
Really? I’ve always found it overrated. I’m a bit old school: not much better than real good beef.
This genuinely surprises me. Over here, supermarkets have responded ridiculously quickly and completely changed the way they operate in efforts to keep people safe and fed. Honestly, the rate of change has been mind blowing.
I’m a country girl so I grew up eating deer meat. Homemade jerky, backstrap, ground, it’s all good. I am so country I have no problem eating wild hogs either. It’s even bettee if you can mix them together. Lol. Mmmm…mmmmm…
Had to go mow the hard one yesterday, legs were definitely pumped by the time I got home, even my mom noticed…lol Left leg statred cramping up down by my ankle before I got finished and I realized that’s where the dog bit me. There is still a bit of a know right there so there must be some scar tissue or something there.
Going to finish tilling the garden and plant today. Then it’s supposed ti be storms the rest of the week. Ugh!
One of my drama peeps has me all freaked out because there was big to do about some of the upper crust here having a big private party. It started in one location and ended at a local bar that is closed due to the pandemic. Nobody is naming names! But 20 people were exposed. She keeps saying, “I hope you weren’t around anybody that was there”
Uh I have only been to town once in the 9 days so probably not, but she is freaking me out! If I wash my hands with any more Lysol I think my risk of chemical exposure is a greater threat than the virus.
