I would not want to get hit by Mariusz.. also it’s crazy how gassed you can get and how quickly simply by being overstimulated or over exertion.
My plan is to either do a boxing match in a year or at least get into fighting shape, then after that prep for a strongman comp. For now I will build strength for the next year on tactical barbell fighter/as long as it works then add in some implement practice down the line

Repeated this for 30 minutes. I partially tore a ligament in my ankle 2 years ago, then I re injured it 6 months ago. Been working with a physio now I’ve strengthened it to where I can reintroduce running just slowly and build up. My physio is a gun.

I’ve got a family dinner tonight so I went and trained by myself was good until about 3/4 of the way through where my guts started feeling real funny.. I had tuna and salmon sashimi for lunch with some eggs so maybe that was the cause. anyway had a few extra rests to go to the toilet until I cleared my stomach

Woke up extremely sore and tired due to sparring, Friday isn’t my normal day for the gym it’s Thursday morning but schedule has to be moved around this week. So normally Thursday am then Thursday pm sparring.

Something interesting to note. When I first tried beef liver it was absolutely revolting, now I don’t mind it. It’s like when you only eat meat, forces my taste buds to adjust?
Your taste buds do actually adjust (or change) when you switch your diet up. That usually takes multiple weeks, so if liver is rather new addition to you it’s probably more of a psychological adjustment
