Didn’t feel like a 1rm.

According to coach this means my 1rm is 200kg from the floor. Which =40kg deadlift gain in 8 weeks lol.

Thanks man. Honestly didn’t feel or look like a 1rm so more in the tank!!! I’m excited. I think definitely going to deadlift 240kg this year. 40kg in 8 weeks is a massive gain so I dont expect another 40kg in 8 weeks again, but plenty to improve on form wise etc and if I keep it up it may happen.

I don’t know, due to no competition coming up soon my coach is working on building up my base more, so you might just beat me to 500! Only time will tell.
