Finished my semester on Wednesday so I’ve got the next month off to actually sleep and eat :). Work’s cut down a lot too since I usually do tutoring for a couple hours per day, and no one needs tutoring in the semester break.
Training’s alright, squats feel shitty but everything else is moving really nicely

This is going to be strange, but try squatting with an axle bar instead of regular. I squatted today and it’s the first time back squats felt good instead of shit.
Interesting. My problem right now is falling/tipping forward in the squat. Issue as I see it is a huge, weirdly sudden reduction in left ankle mobility and worse proprioception not having the mirror. Maybe I’ll give it a go if I can’t sort this out soon
