5×17 PR,1×10,1×7 Massive pr glad theres no more of this for the remaining 6 weeks of program. I was absolutely dead, whole body on fire. Could barely lift my shoulders. No pain no gain!

Really light. I have another strongman comp in about 2 months. One of the events is 200kg deadlift for reps and I’m confident Il hit at least1. Also axle squat for reps 180kg so I’m buying some wraps lol.

Where is your squat at currently? Also what is your current deadlift PR?
Have no clue, I’d estimate with sleeves a 1rm of 160kg on back squat. With the bounce of platform and wraps I think I will be good to go. On deadlifts I’d say right now i I could pull 180kg so I am worried to do 200 for reps at comp but that’s 1.5-2 months away. I’ve talked with my coach and depending on where my lifts are at next couple of weeks we’ll see if it’s worth competing or not.
Okay yeah I’m booking in to see a doctor… 4am and I can’t sleep for no reason. Yesterday I fell asleep at 7am and for the 2 days before that I didn’t sleep at all
