Add RFESS and/or tempo squats where applicable. These two movements have been the biggest game changers regarding size for my legs.

After deep water I’ll be getting online programming from a mate and my focus will definitely be legs (including calves), delts and arms. My back is my best bodypart and i hate chest so i dont have to worry about those. I’ve never done Tempo squats. They sound brutal

Honestly awesome events for that. And when you get good at them, you’ll be good at a lot of events.

Brutal but light

Messed around and Missed a single no straps right hand single arm deadlift 85kg after my deadlift sets. Got it halfway up and it rolled out.

Lunges 3×10 per leg barbell

20situps superset 10 reverse hypers 20kg
3 rounds no rest

Dead lol

Bw at 87kg :sweat: need to eat more. Have been having 1l of milk per day and weights been dropping so goinh to bump that up to 2 post workout and add in rice with my lunch meal
