Not so far. My upper body has grown nicely the last 5 weeks though. I’m thinking the added stimulus of power cleans in the intermediate program will give my legs some growth.
I do imagine it’s part of the impact of the SSB and lack of clean pulls.

The SSB will definitely work the legs, but it allows too much opportunity for the back to takeover where the legs fail.

I didnt have tacky haha. I was planning on doing some work with the 110kg but i couldnt lift it no tacky so decided to amrap on the 80. I had more in the tank but at 15 my lungs were dying lol. It was disgusting
