Abs:
20 situps superset 1 minute plank 3 rounds no rest
2nd and 3rd round rested on planks. Gotta stop looking at my phone timer when doing planks
Listen to music and focus on it, instead of your timer. Alternatively sing a song in your head do to distract you from looking at the timer
Planks are an awesome exercise. It sucks if you have a short attention span lol

Yeah it seems like the best way to make the plank experience worse short of adding weight.
but why not think about it like this, it’s fun doing the plank and when the counter is up you may not do more plank, then you will dread the event that the counter reach its target, thus making it feel shorter.
I think he should start the timer and then watch YouTube.

Going to run Deep water right up till two weeks of my comp (should be up to advanced by then) which I’ll do a deload week then a week getting accustomed to heavier weights and just relaxing as much as possible/preparing. After that I’m going to get Online programming from a friend of mine whos a very successful coach and Good strongman himself/Strength athlete. I know a few people he coaches who are competing at arnolds as well as himself and have witnessed in person his knowledge.
Also noticing alot of upper body growth in the last month. My legs refuse to grow though. My glutes and hamstrings grow fine i suppose but my stubborn quads grrr!!

todays training, birthday brutality
Turned 17 today.
10 rounds of 30 second prowler push straight into 30 second ski erg. 1 minute rest between rounds right up until round 6 which was two minutes rest. Puked for like a minute after round 8 and did my final rounds.
