If you don’t need mobility work then no point. Some people can get away with not doing it and be fine luckily for them. Personally i need it. I’m all crooked/tight and shit

Pretty much make the same meal and eat it everyday for dinner or lunch. Some days I’ll buy a 1 or 2kg lasagna or some other food to eat but it’s usually this. Just mince,rice and veggies with herbs/spices and salt and pepper. Gets the job done
Back work is by far my favorite type of work. The only day I don’t do any kind of rows or pull-ups is event days. Hell I’ll do pull-ups randomly throughout my rest days. Simply because I want to be able to jump off a cliff, my arms and glideeeeeee hehehe.

Wth… i fell asleep at 12 and woke up at 4 and felt amazing. It’s 7am now and I feel great. My hips feel awesome too from the alan thrall mobility routine i did ×2 times yesterday. May or may not be but i think loosening up the hips a bit helped me get quality sleep.
AfterPay is pretty awesome. As long as you don’t spend money you don’t have it has no drawbacks other then making you want to buy everything.

Indeed. It’s how i bought my pioneer lever belt. I’m not one to need Material items so i can keep my spending in check (Although I do like sexy clothes). I get by with a belly full of food, some good mates and the gym and family. I have a shitty phone I’ve had for two years now lol.

120kg. Took belt off because the belt doesn’t do shit. Just gets in my way. Its useless when it’s not tight enough (too loose and its on the tightest option). So basically need to hypertrophy abs/bigger and put on weight. Anything where I’m bent over etc is retarded but it’s good for squats. The 120kg daily deads were easy af though. Im surprised because I’ve started to develop athleticism/explosiveness i never knew i could have. Its really awesome. Being a lazy kid and never doing any sports my whole life and then wondering why i sucked so bad. I regret it heaps. I just thought i had no athleticism. Glad it’s starting to appear. Also deads felt good for once. Think because the alan thrall mobility routine has opened up my hips.

3×8 each. Don’t like the tbar rows variation
Seated Chain barbell shoulder press superset axle double overhand rows
45kg on the chain press for sets of 8. Pretty easy. Rpe 7. Just started light to get the setup right and get used to it. Plus its a dangerous exercise without a spotter tbh. 4×8
60kg on the axle rows. Hard on grip

@mortdk @simo74 okay i cheated and had a 1kg lasagne for lunch couple hours before the gym. Still highest weight I’ve seen though. I’m going to add creatine in the mix for extra cheating
