How tf could you eat that at breakfast
Bro my appetite is intense. Although to be fair I would also eat it after a brisk 40 minute walk
What are you eating for breakfast currently?? It takes me a couple of hours to wake up. The hunger really kicks in if i dont eat much for breakfast which is alot of the time.
Since I train first thing it’s not much. Like Brett I’m eating low-carb before training:
- 2 eggs
- tbsp olive oil
- can of sardines sardines (omega-3s)
- 10 almonds
- 1 slice of low-fat cheese
- orange
Nice. Hows the energy through training though?
I am thinking of getting chicken after the plate come out. Fresh eggs and outdoor chicken.
Okay so breakfast is a fail. Struggled to eat it but i ate it all. No matter what i do or eat breakfast is going to suck regardless, so i just have to force myself to eat it.
Decent. It gets tough towards the 40-45 minute mark, but for me it’s a good exercise in pushing through fatigue

Can’t you just go a protein shake with some oats in it and a piece of fruit ? Easy to wizz up in the blender and all you have to do is down it.

I know you said you don’t like oatmeal, but have you tried overnight oats prepped with protein powder? It’s honestly really good. All you need is some oats, berries or apples (those are my favourites for this), cinnamon and a protein shake. Goes down easy and tastes good.
If you don’t enjoy breakfast foods in general, why not eat a lunch meal at brekky? I used to wake up and down 200g of salmon with rice

I just generally don’t enjoy breakfast lol. I prefer cold foods at brekkie too. Force feeding is my only breakfast option
Todays training
Today i got the Angriest I’ve ever been because that cockhead keeps being a cockhead. Everytime he does something i get angrier and angrier and it’s harder to stop myself. Today is the last time i can stop. Fuck stupid fucks. Ruin my fucking school day so much that i cant do any work after I get that mad. All I’ve thought about all day is how i want to break everybone in his stupid pathetic body and turn off his life support in the hospital. Stupid bullying Fucks can go die.

I’m like you with the breakfast, it’s the meal I find hardest. I find a liquid breakfast followed by a solid one 30 min to an hour later works best.
Breakfast 1
500ml Milk, 100g oats and protein powder 40-50g. Blend your ingredients dry the night before to save waking folk.
Breakfast 2
Nut butter sandwichs and a banana.
Great way of getting a fair few cals in early.
