Yeah I’ve used it twice in real fights where ive just choked them out. (Not these people) and it teaches them a lesson so i should just do that. I kinda really want to do some damage like break a bone but thats too far.

I have an old empty protein tub. I buy 5 bags of oats and just blend them into a fine powder, then fill the empty tub up. You only have to get the blender dirty once every few weeks!

Figure out what a scoop of your powder oats weighs. Mine is 25g, so in the morning it’s just 2 scoops of protein powder and 4 scoops of your oat dust added to the milk and shake.

I’m all about keeping it simple!

How many calories?

@danteism how do you build biceps? Ive found my triceps respond well to all the heavy pressing i do but just doing back stuff doesnt build my biceps. I’ve literally been able to curl 10kg since i was 12 (had a dumbell lol), it hardly has improved since. They’re weak af.

Deadlift heavy. Curl a few times a week. Squat. You will grow. That’s it. I can curl 110, but it’s not my focus.

Cheers. My goal calories for breakfast is 1000 so in a few days I’ll buy a bunch of oats and get started!

Drinking calories will be alot easier than eating in the morning thats for sure.

How long have you been back to lifting?

This is an easy 1000cals!

Follow it up with the solid meal/snack after and it’s an easy 1500cals before 9am.

I’m very busy in the mornings so 1 minute prep time and being able to drink it on the go make breakfast cals much more consistent.

I’ve been back since august.

At school i pack two large containers of meat, rice and veg. One for recess and one for lunch now. I was only having one for lunch but i added another one

Yeah…you have time to get back into it. You’re gonna make fast progress if you have your diet, sleep, and programming dialed in (and it looks like you do).

I honestly couldnt complain on the progress I’ve made since back lifting. (Maybe would have liked to gain a bit more weight but working on that now)

I did miss 8 months of training which pisses me off but I’m on track.

Ill be strong enough for my first strongman comp + some when april comes around. I did learn alot whilst i couldnt train though so in some ways i benefited

I’m thrown off by your Gold Standard Whey. I have some Gold Standard and a serving is a 28g scoop and it’s 120 calories. If I had 50g then it’d be 214 calories.

I just have the basic whey. I know some of the other types have different calories.
