1 more question, please don’t yell at me I know it sounds dumb :).
I’m skinny, but I’m still out of shape, so my chest is kinda pointy, it sucks … you guys said It will workout all the muscle groups, so that should fix my chest at the same time right, and maybe some extra flab around my stomach?
Because I know I’m too skinny, I don’t want to do cardio, I’m trying to gain weight, but those areas just bother me.
Thanks.[/quote]
Don’t worry about it. If you’re really concerned use that as fuel to eat A LOT of good foods. No junk foods if you’re trying to minmize fat gains.

Well if your new to weights you can enjoy the whole “burn fat while building muscle,” but thats a really small window of opportunity since your body is new to weights for only so long.
When you gain weight by eating a lot of healthy foods, nearly all of it should be lean muscle (some fat will come no matter what, your diet dictates how much of it is fat though). With that being said, if your putting on muscle your fat will look like its decreasing as your muscles will get bigger. Therefore, your chest won’t be pointy or anything else like that. Of course, that doesn’t mean the fat is simply getting burnt or anything, but you can worry about that later.
