Right Foot, Left Foot

AWESOME about your wife!!! just freakin’ awesome!

Good news!!

Give her a pat on the ass for…kicking ass!

And good job grinding through the course load. I’m not sure I have the attention span anymore to…what’s that over there?

Nothing really special, just getting back to it. Felt like I hadn’t lifted in months even though it had only been a week. Really happy to be back to it.

Fantastic news about your wife! Just fantastic!

I hate the fire hose style of training and don’t get much out of it myself.

Solid “get back into it session”.

Outstanding results, damn glad to hear the treatment was so effective.

Thanks guys.

nothing special, good solid session. Shoulder felt great but still cannot do a full push up. One of these days I’ll have time to get to the ortho, just so damn busy right now.

Nice work Dday…130x11 nothing wrong with that… planks the best, worst exercise…

Thanks OG! I was happy with 130x11, pretty close to where I was pre shoulder problems. Planks suck but they do what they’re supposed to do.

Hopefully soon you guys will be able to take a long pause and get to take a nice vacation, nice work in limited time however…

Thanks buddy. We’ve got a cruise to Mexico coming at the end of November, can’t wait.

Amen to that!!!

280x7 is some kind of PR, couldn’t find anything in my log book saying I’ve ever done that weight for that many reps. Yea, me!
Completely unbalanced all night, felt like I couldn’t get both legs to work at the same time. Reps felt ugly but video says they’re ok. I have a video just not with me, working over night tonight doing some maintenance.
Picture is me and the rug rat foam rolling. Little guy loves lifting with daddy, this picture was 2 seconds before he ate concrete and was done with lifting.
Sorry I haven’t been around much, 3 guys left my group at work and the remaining 3 of us are filling in. Of course I’m salary so I’m making about $6.50 an hour, good times.

Hey man good stuff, with all the stuff your going through getting a session in is an accomplishment in itself. My daughter loves foam rolling with me as well!

Thanks Matty. I make lifting a priority but still have to get it in when and where I can. Other things have fallen by the wayside for the time being, like cardio and GPP. My prowler is gathering dust and looks at me longingly when I walk by it in the garage. Things will get back to normal soon enough, hopefully I won’t be 400lbs when they do.

On that note, I have decided to start trying to walk at lunch time when I can. Gotta get something going mobility wise, joints are starting to ache and little pains are flairing up most likely from lack of activity.

I’m very glad things are moving in the right direction for you.

Have a great week Pal!

great news all around.

Glad to hear your wife’s news
love that little man wants to foam roll my kid too.

training looks solid good luck with your exams

Such great news about your wife. I can only hope that the trend continues and this experience will soon be one in the past.

Impressive reps you do with the weights you handle.
