Right Foot, Left Foot

1900 isn’t to bad. Big food items that are low calorie. What’s weird is the amount of calories between gain and lose weight. To gain weight I have to kick calories up to 3500-4k but to lose it’s under 2k.

Decent session, shoulder felt pretty good. Remembered to not go below my chin this time.
Missed my ortho appointment Monday. My wife was in Denver, so I had to take my son to the sitter and couldn’t get back to the Dr’s office in time. Will reschedule it…again.

I did 1600 for a month doing the Vdiet, I barely had any side effects. Not like you need pubic hair right?

Got kind of a 1 rep PR, 300x3 is the most of done to depth, I did 300x10 once but that was about 3" above parallel. Good enough.
