Nice work man, hang in there…since my schedule change my eating has been some days sparse and some days a whole lotta shit…so Im there with ya with regards to that.
That is what i call a shrugin marathon! nice work there! If your shoulder is F_ed and you need to go to chin level or even ear level then that is exactly what you should do rather than push it or skip it. That is what i would do and thats all i can share.
Do DBs also bother your shoulder?

Totally. Just spaced it until it was to late. Wrote it in my paper training log so I wouldn’t forget.

Yes and no. Getting the DB’s up does hurt pretty good, doing the pressing doesn’t hurt anymore than BB.
Please tell her that every fiber of me is pulling for her.

dday,
I have been reading your thread and I want to let you know I am wishing for the best for your wife and family, I know that words tend to sound trite and a bit hollow when it’s strangers on the internet but believe me when I say that I wish there was something/anything I could do to help out. Good luck.

She looks like an ass kicker to me!!!
Big hugs all around
Hang tough don and good pulls

Thanks y’all. It’s funny she’s in treatment right now and I’m sitting with her, she’s ass out and snoring like a chainsaw, can’t help but laugh. They gave her a benadril IV and as I understand it, it acts like a sleeping pill.
Great hat. And a beautiful braid. She will conquer.
Love the hat, great attitude to take.
Git said it best.

She’s a beautiful lady. Full of win.
You guys are the best!
Chemo went great, she got some much needed rest and afterward she was feeling better and in better spirits than she’s been in some time. She told me that she feels amazing, sounds odd to me but I like it.
Thanks again y’all, going back to training log but I wanted to share where we are, next milestone will be radiation in a few weeks.
