Soldog- it was my pleasure to try to rep the over 35er’s
git- Did my best. Love the quote.
James- It was pretty cool. Can’t wait to see the official photos taken by WD.
Pete- I learn it by watching you!
DJ- Good idea!
For some gawd awful reason I’m thinking about running Ruckus now. Didn’t take long to forget how much the WD sucked and start looking for another challenge.
Speaking of her, mistakenly rescheduled her MRI the same time as my appointment with the orth. Rescheduled my visit for the 15th, her problem outweighs my stupid shoulder 100/1.
^ Yes her problem is more important, Dday life is about experiences. Sounds like you enjoyed the dash and why not do more, not everyone can do them. I am doing the same thing as you.
Took it pretty easy on the whole session, trying to ease back into. Could tell I’ve lost some strength in my shoulders but not a ton. Shoulder felt fine as long as I didn’t go to much below my chin and kept a narrow grip.
Still cannot bench press, played with smith floor press and it just hurts flat out. Will try incline Thrusday, it seemed ok last time.
Happy with the session considering.
Oh and one of the guys who ran the WD with me is very interested in the Ruckus. It just might happen.
About your wife, tough news. I will say that incredible advances have been made in the field of breast cancer treatment/eradication. I had a little scare with that a while back but turned up on the lucky end. I’m sure you will be undergoing a tremendous amount of stress in the coming months. Try to stick with training as a stress reliever. And know we are all thinking of and pulling for your wife.

Thanks snap. We’re taking it day by day. Her spirits were high yesterday, much more normal than she’s been in some time. Hope to get some good news tomorrow morning when she gets the MRI.
I thought it was a good one too, espescially when you know when your gonna have a week where getting sessions in may be tight, I actually printed it out and put it in my book, a good bang for your buck template.

Exactly. Might run this template then add a day for specific stuff such as arms or weak spots.
