Right Foot, Left Foot

Reminds me of Joey’s tailor on Friends!

Sounds like he was just impressed with your physique. If he wanted to ‘queer you up’, I’m sure he could have found an excuse to give you other more, how shall I put it?, ‘invasive’ tests!

Squats are definitely getting deeper.

Nice work man.

Is your docs name Herbert?

Creepy story. Went to the Dr the other day and explained how I’d lost a bunch of weight then lifted and gained weight etc, he was impressed with my commitment. HHHMMMM…My advice would be to get a new Doctor if or when you need a prostate exam.

Well maybe he is blind and was just making sure.

Did he order blood work?

Bench tonight

45x10
135x5
155x5
170x5
190x5
215x7

ff to :45 stay tuned for a special guest star at the end.

triceps rope push down
4x15

Since I had baby duty tonight cut it real short, can’t have the baby running around while I lift. Tried to get more done but he wasn’t having it.

Honestly my Dr is pretty cool, it was one of those weird situations that caught me off guard.

DJ- He did actually order blood work be done, it has to be fasted so I need to get up there one day this week.

What did he order do you know? When you get the results may discuss insulin resistance issues. You are a former fat guy like me and you may have some issues there, may need insulin levels and glucose tolerance testing.

^not certain what all he’s going to order, he mentioned blood sugar, cholesterol. Beyond that I do not know. I will ask about insulin levels and glucose tolerance also. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hey you live pretty close to Overland Park. I’ve got a good friend who live there. We fight about BBQ all the time.

Ncie pressing but I don’t think your co-star was impressed.

Aww he’s so cute. He looked like he was saying “Eh”
Kinda like Gru’s mom in Despicable Me lol

LMAO at the doctor. And Herbert.

Bah, the best KC BBQ is beef and everyone knows BBQ is supposed to be pork. Its in the bible or something.

Amen and hallelujah! I think the whole “proper BBQ must be pork” is somewhere in Deuteronomy. The book of laws.

Nice work, dday. The squats are looking better and stronger.

You didn’t get any of this weather, did you?

^ We got pretty lucky, there were tornadoes all around the city yesterday. Most were nothing however Sedalia MO is about an hour east of me, they were hit pretty good. I’m sure about everyone has heard about Joplin getting pretty much destroyed, that’s 2 hours south, really sad, they’re saying it will be the worst tornado disaster in recent history. Death tole this morning 126, thousands hurt and nearly 1500 people still missing.

Glad to hear that you came through okay. Most tornado seasons come and go with little notice from us, as we always expect a few. I will be really glad when this one is done, though.
And Joplin is a sad, sad story. 126 dead is bad enough, but 1500 missing is terrifying.

bench looked good,

your kid is cool- he was like kind of over that.
does he want to do what you do when you train?

little guy here is 15 months and if I do anything at home he
tries to mimic me.

glad you are safe, this tornado business is crazy

Seems like mother nature has it in for the midwest this year. Something like 15 tornadoes touched down in the KC metro area yesterday alone, fortunatly little damage and no loss of life in town.
After I posted, they clarified the 1500 missing. The news said they get that number from the red cross and that number may not be correct because often times people who are found do not check in to be removed. There is still more people missing than seems reasonable but fewer than reported.
