Right Foot, Left Foot

It could totally be worse, I did find out that it’s not as big of a deal as I’d thought. I just need to assign of block of IP’s to each area around the city and another box will do the work. For a minute I thought I’d have to access each one of them and change the address by hand, that’d been a nightmare.
I’ll do that for ya. It’ll give me practice!!!
Almost wish I’d gotten to do it manually (almost) we wrote a 20 line script, loaded it into 2 core routers and called it a day. I’m still learning this core routing stuff and only know enough to be dangerous. Are you in networking?

Todays stuff and junk

6am ran a mile then walked for a bit, total 40mins worth of work
7am bacon and eggs (went into work late)
9am 2 scoops whey 1 scoop Power Drive
12:30p 7oz chicken 1 service almonds
3pm 4oz chicken 1 cup broccoli
5pm training
7:30p 10oz hamburger, 1 tbsp sour cream, 2oz cheese, 2 tbsp sourcream, small hand full corn chips (yea I know)
9:30p 2 tbsp natural PB 1.5 scoops protein

Training
Made sweet love to the foam roller

Bench (deload)
45x5
135x5
155x5
175x5
195x5

Tricept rope extensions
3x15

PROWLER TIME!!!

+45’s down and back x2
+35’s+45’s down and back x2
+25’s+35’s+45’s down and back x2
all that shit+ 90lb sandbag x2
and puke.

Put everything back the long way (ghetto farmers walk), carried the bag down and back then into the garage, then the 35’s, then the 25’s then finally the 45’s. Turns out, that’s pretty freak brutal. For those who haven’t seen my prowler videos, down and back is about 40 yards each way 80 total.

Honestly when I got home nothing sounded better than a nap, it was all I could do to drag my butt to the basement just to foam roll. Once downstairs I played lets make a deal, you know the one, “ok, just foam roll and be done” then “ok, just bench and be done” and so on. Managed to deal my way into some seriously sore legs and shoulders. My ghetto farmers walk cooked my traps and forearms.

For how badly I didn’t want to do anything it was a great training session, got 100% of what I had and I’ll sleep just fine knowing that. Good night y’all.

Screw you guys and your “2,000 calorie diets is low enough”.
Sorry Nikki. I’ll be getting closer to your calories if I want to actually lose weight.
Thats surprising, I’d figure at your size you’d lose at anything under 3,000.

^it’s my curse I guess.

Tomorrow I’m going in for a physical and will ask about getting my T levels checked, maybe just running low on man juice.

‘ghetto farmers walk’. I like it. I’ve been doing these for years but never knew the name. Thanks. Good luck with the diet. I hope you have better results then I ever have. My will power crumbles after a few days.

@Beans, you didnt get him in trouble, he does that all by himself.
Aye how can I get in trouble I am working 14 hour days?
I want no part of an unhappy wifey, Good luck bro. (logs off, closes laptop, turns and runs away quickly)
Hahahahahahahahaha Dday its all good man.

You killed it man. Awesome training and any day with sour cream sounds good to me.

Sometimes just getting the work in when you want to call it a day is the best victory.

Thanks I learned it by watching you.

Thanks Joe, wish I could say today will be as good.

No training yesterday, family came first. Today not much better, I got in some 6am cardio but thats all that’s gonna get done. Seems like I’m just to busy lately for any posting or following up with everyones logs, hopefully get through some tomorrow.
Check up was fine, Doc wants to do some blood work because as he and I agreed (and everyone who follows me here) I should be dropping weight like crazy. Dr wants to make sure there isn’t anything out of whack so next week get to go in early for some fasted testing.

Oh you’re goooooddd <3

Ooh I hope the doctor doesn’t find anything wrong. It’s smart of you to go to the doc though. People shouldn’t ignore gut feelings, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem.

^Haven’t been to the Dr. in years so it was time. Like most men, I do not like going to the Dr.

233.4 today.

Planning to run this morning if the weather will cooperate, it’s been raining off and on. Also going to carb up.

Carbed up this weekend and did an unplanned fast yesterday, with exception of a 14oz strip steak for dinner and pre bed PB and protein. Went fishing all day yesterday, my partner and I snagged 100+ fish, bass and perch for a weight of about 80lbs, not one damn keeper in the bunch.
No more deload week back to lifting and hopefully if it doesn’t rain, push the prowler around. Stoaked!!

Those were some smal bass.

100+ fish is awesome.
Not 1 keeper is not so awesome.

Yeah, I’m in the same boat as you. That was some awesome fishing there and no excuses about the weather and training…

Yesterdays training
Foam roller
stretches

Squat
135x5x2
185x5x2
225x5x2
275x1

Lost my balance on the last rep

Reverse hypers
4x15

curls
4x10-12

abs

No prowler, wife wanted to go to the store. Some of those reps were at or below IMO? Still a process but headed in the right direction. Something that helped was before I started I put my heals on the lip of the pad that my squat rack sits on, about 1/2in, and squated as low as I could and held it. Someone recommended I do this but flat footed and I always fell over but that little heal made 100% difference.

Creepy story. Went to the Dr the other day and explained how I’d lost a bunch of weight then lifted and gained weight etc, he was impressed with my commitment. At the end of the conversation he said I had a lot of muscle mass then grabs my thigh and rubs it, then grabs my calf and does the same thing??? Not sure WTF but I told myself, he’s a Dr it’s no big deal…right?

I pushed the prowler once in the rain, that was awful. You’d think it would slide along nicely but it’s almost like the water creates a vaccum with the skids. Weird.
