How low in cals are you looking to go?
Well normal calories on non training days are around 2k, training days have been around 2,500. This week I’ve dumped the PWO Surge to see if those carbs are holding me back so this week will be closer to 2k per day. In the past I’ve had to go as low as 1800 calories to really lose weight but am trying to not get that low, 2k is low enough. Especially at 6’2" 235+/-. I will go as low as I have to but I’m nearly starving as it is.
Dday sorry man been so busy just look at your log and duck out. Great work man keep it up.
Since you have the prowler you thought about getting some farmers walk bars or big tire?

No problem buddy, I haven’t had time lately to be on much either.
Certainly in the market for some farmers bars, don’t really have a place for a big tire. Last year a friend offered me up an old tractor tire estimated to be 6-800lbs, couldn’t figure out where it would go. Guess I could put it in the back yard for the boy to play with when I’m not flipping it.

Shit got kicked off after I wrote something.
I stood mine up on the side of the house, bought a $30 tire cover and throw over it. You can also do box jumps on it and hook your feet and do situps.
See now you got me thinking about one again. Time to work on my wife.

The wife made comments in my thread about the tire. FML
Do you manipulate your cardio at all? That should be changed before you touch your diet. Like, when you stall, don’t lower calories first. Up cardio frequency or intensity, wait for the progress to stall THEN calories. When you stall, change cardio and etc etc.
Just because you can get to 600 calories a day if diet’s the only thing you change.
^ You’re right and I haven’t been as consistant with adding/changing cardio. I have no plans of lowering my calories anymore unless I have too.
Now that the weather is nicer and the sun is coming up early I’ve added in another day of running (Wednesday). Today I ran another whole mile, still don’t necessarly enjoy running but it’s gotten better. I also plan to push the prowler tonight since it’s deload week I’d like to get in 3 good days of pushing it.

It could totally be worse, I did find out that it’s not as big of a deal as I’d thought. I just need to assign of block of IP’s to each area around the city and another box will do the work. For a minute I thought I’d have to access each one of them and change the address by hand, that’d been a nightmare.
