It has been about 2 months since the last one, we’re due.
FINALLY adding eggs into the diet. I had planed to start Monday however my lovely, smart, beautiful wife boiled and died them all. Not that I won’t eat boiled eggs, something about egg die on the white part, I can’t eat it.
What we have here, 4 whites 2 whole eggs and a pinch of cheese. Microwaved for 1:15, stir add :45 seconds. Tadah! It was pretty darn good and I can dump one serving of fish out of my day.
Looks delish.
Excuse me… egg “die”? They’re already dead… usually.
Quite possibly the perfect food.

Pretty good session I think. Got another rep PR which is always nice. Really wanted to push the prowler tonight, it was perfect just didn’t have time. Tomorrow I’m gonna see how far I can run. Need to really focus myself to this damn race, if I keep dicking around it will be here and I’ll not be ready.
Something that actualyl worked for me regardign skwat depth, suggested by Username.
Put load on the bar (something like 135), squat down as low as you can and just sit there and stretch. Hold for like 15-30 seconds. Do that a few times before each workout. It actually helped me with ankle mobility.
So which of your joints do you think is limiting here? Ankle? Hip?
I really think it’s a combination of both, hip and ankle. I also found that I have really tight hamstring on my right that I suspect may be part of the issue.
I read through the mobility thread and found a few exercises to help that I started doing last night. Since Monday is squat day I will give your/usernames suggestion a try as well. Thanks for the suggestion.
