RIDICULOUSLY PUSSY CALVES

I’ve been getting good results using poliquins drop set method. You start with a weight you can do 10 times on the standing calf machine and do 10 reps, rest 10 seconds, drop it 10 lbs, do another 10 reps, for 10 total sets.

Damn I wish I had some ‘before’ pics of mine from three years ago. I think they were just over 13". I mean, I’ve only added 2.5" to them since then, but I could have worked on them a bit harder. At least I didn’t do a few 3x10 sessions and give up on them.

The harder I work, the better my genetics get. Damn, I’ve got a lot of work to do.

The secret to massive calves is to wear 4 inch heels all day long. And do some farmers walks in them if you can. You think I’m kidding? You’ll look like a fag, but in 3 months your calves will be bigger than your head.
