Rhodiola Rosea

Took 3 of these yesterday once in the morning, once post-workout, once before going out. I noticed a lot more free testosterone because I had a ton of energy until 3:30AM.

Usually after training you have fatigue due to ATP recharging but Rhodiola seems to reduce cortisol and boost testosterone.

One pill in the morning is good for work and focus, one after lunch is good for lowering estrogen/cortisol before a workout and one at night is good for improving free testosterone.

Herbs are more amazing substances than synthetic anabolics because they don’t require down time or cycling. Obviously the gains are not comparable, but for a natural bodybuilder, Rhodiola is a must in the supplement cabinet.

I’ve tried Tribulus, synthetic anabolics, testfreak, aspartic acid, arginine, these are all inferior to Rhodiola. Rhodiola helps produce much more endogenous testosterone. Try it for yourself and see the difference.
