Hi, I was just wondering if you all knew what type of natural herb, vitamin, and/or minerals naturally increase testosterone levels and lower estrogen levels.
Thanks!
Check out Alpha Male in the store here should fit your bill
Phill
Tribulus Terrestris
trib, Alpha Male.
Also look into beef and higher fat in your meals. =D
unfortunately a new paper in Journal of Strength Conditioning Research found that Tribulus terrestris does not do anything for testosterone, strength or lean muscle mass in 28 days of supplementation.

That’s because it kicks in on day 29.

Are you just kidding about that “kicks in on day 29?”

Can I use your NSCA member ID to get into the articles and studies on that website?
You may want to research tongkat ali (eurycoma). Alpha Male also contains some of this in it. If you are under 30 bumping you testosterone a little will probably not do that much.
This link should provide you the info on the study you want.
If you want a simple mineral supplement, try ZMA. Zinc is essential for creating testerone, but many males are deficient in the mineral, especially athletes. Most multi-vitamins include zinc and calcium together. Calcium inhihibts zinc absorption. ZMA on the other hand also includes magnesium. This mineral facilitates zinc absorption.
ZMa is also dirt cheap and can help you sleep. Looks like we have a winner!
The research on trib is incomplete/ not conclusive. Same with most other test boosters.
as others have said, fat {INCLUDING a healthy dose of saturated fat), ZMA, tribulus etc.

It may be, but I doubt the research on supplements of this type will ever be “conclusive” since there’s no reason for anyone other than supplement companies to sponsor it and they lack the funds found in the pharmaceutical industry.
My results speak for themselves whenever I use TRIBEX. I recommend stacking it with Carbolin19.
some other natural test boosters are tribulus(mentioned), maca, Goat weed, eurycoma longifolia. All cycled and stacked with Fish oils tabs…
Solid

Carbolin 19 hmmmm have not tried that one I stack my test boosters with fish oil and DHEA 25…
It’s been a solid stack but I may have to try that one, read the pitch on the store side and looks promising…
May have to pop my Biotest cherry and go to level 1…
lol
