Hello all,
I’m a first time poster here and have always enjoyed reading these threads and the strong insight some of you guys have on the body.
I’ve got some bulging going on at my bottom two discs in the lumbar region… nothing major, rarely have sharp pains and am pretty flexible from what I can tell. However, it is really screwing up my posture and I have all sorts of muscle tension that aggravates the rest of my back.
Based on a lot of reading I decided to invest in a simple reverse hyper machine and snatched an inversion table for a good deal. I’ve felt some relief and my muscle tone has improved… however… I’ve seemed to hit an odd plateau. My right hip clicks and my legs never ever seem to come up symmetrically on the reverse hyper (as well as supermans)… my gait is also slightly off when I walk…
I’ve been trying to figure out what the next move is but am unsure and was wondering if annyone here could shed some light on it… my iliopsoas on my left side has a habit of getting tight (chiropractor told me this) if that helps narrow things down at all.
