He describes some good hamstring exercises including the one legged back raise that is similar to a reverse hyper.
reverse hyper is as the name implies, your lower body moves instead of the upper. Your upper body lays across a padded bench supported to your pelvis. Your lower body hangs off the edge of the apparatus and attached by some leg cuffs(the best IMO) and a chain to a hinged arm that holds the weight.
Fantastic machine to build glutes and hams and lower back as well as reabilitate the lower back.
great machine if only I could find a gym in NJ with one!
