I have one question on the reverse hyper. I understand the need for maximal weights, but am a bit unclear on the form required. Do you use a swinging motion, or should the movement be slow and controlled?
Use some swing. You’ll need 1 or 2 swings to get the thinging going for a full ROM. Important things are to squeeze glutes at top and TRY and hold it (no way you should be able to), and to reverse motion of weights before they reverse you, when feet get under head.
