Reverse Curls for Peak???

Powerful image Markus Ruhl, peaks made by German sausages and lifting like a pyscho(yes drugs too) with the genetics he was given by mom and dad, not reverse grips or concentration curls or cable curls.

But to save someone the trouble here’s a video that has him doing those cable curls. Do his biceps really change shape because of it?

Also look carefully at Markus, can someone give me a good explanation why he has/had in the case of chest, such freak sized chest shoulders and biceps, and such weak triceps compared to the rest of them? This was a pro bodybuilder who may have had the most massively muscled frame in history and yet he has weak triceps, I’d like an explanation why he couldn’t ever bring them up.

That machine is designed to maintain near constant tension on the biceps through the full ROM so, in this aspect, using it in order to reach hypertrophy goals is of particular advantage over DB curls.

I think it’s safe to say that genetics are the most important factor in general terms, but they are not the only factor, and for each specific case it is imperative to consider every factor to ones best ability.

And I’m sure guys like Franco Columbo, who was enormous everywhere and on huge amounts of drugs simply couldn’t fix his tiny little notty bicep because he must have not been doing the correct exercises? -lol
(plus, I’m fairly certain he and Arnold did the same exercises)
