Vader, you got all the hot T-Vixens posting in your thread. You sir are a internet pimp. Or do you prefer being called the Sith Lord of Internet Poon Tang?
Sith High-Five
Sith don’t high-five. They do the saber-one.
Actually, it’s a Force Five, which means you can’t see us do it, but you can feel the release of dark energy when it collides.
And with all these hot ladies in his journal, Vader has a bunch of dark energy to release. ZING HA HA HA
Seriously though, why are all these T-vixens following you?
Have you seen him? Has he sent you naked pictures? Has he whispered sweet nothings in your ear? If you can’t answer yes to all of those questions, you will not understand why we all follow him…
I thought we weren’t supposed to mention the naked pictures… or the candy.

Seen him? yes. Sweet nothings? Yes. Naked Pictures? I just got a message in my inbox and I’m scared to open it.
Bitchez, I’ve been around since the beginning. I’m a stalker 4 life!

Wait, there’s video of you working out? And not only that, it doesn’t look like you rushed through any of this.
And what’s a dead bug?

I’ve been playing catch up since I was out Monday and Tuesday and then my boss rescheduled a meeting to right in the middle of when I’d normally go to lunch.
please forgive neelydan for not reading your entire log, but seeing as we share similar ages, lift stats, political agendas, fetishes and underpants, i would like to know your current goals sir

No, I said I didn’t have time to make the video, but there is video earlier in the log.
I rushed because I took less time between sets and skipped the last tri-set for calves and abs I wanted to do.

My current goals are to get my lifts back to where they were before my initial injuries. I was almost there with the lower body before the New Year, but I kept having back spasms and soreness and I had to back way off until it started to get better.
I also had an issue with my right knee (patella tendonitis?) that seems to have gotten better by foam rolling the rectus femoris frequently.
I do still have to keep any eye out on the left hip since it’s consistently tighter than the right side since the initial hip problem last summer.
So now that those two issues seem to be under control, I think I’ll be able to start pushing the lower body again now.
As far as the upper body, I’ve had to be careful because of the torn labrum I sustained in October. It’s gotten better and I think that it feels about as good as it’s going to get without surgery. I just have to be careful with that moving forward.
The main problem there is there that I’ve had to completely change the way I train chest and shoulders, so it’s going to be a while still before I was using the type of weights I was using before that injury.
Basically the overall goal is to get bigger and stronger and improve body comp.

Screw that, I’m not reading nothing. I’m gonna find this video of Darth Vader doing dead lifts. And I liked PMPM’s description of deadbugs better.

See, if you had even bothered to look at the article, you would have been able to figure out what Dead Bugs were from all the pretty pictures contained in said article.
Shame on you!
