So do you use the Lynx grips at all?

I noticed you said you use TWO pairs of Lynx grips, which I assume to mean that you stack two grips in each hand for added thickness over a single layer of grip pads. Correct?

Wait, I realize my stupidity. Lynx grips are used instead of chalk, whereas Tyler grips are used to work the forearms more…

So, do you stack two sets of Lynx grips to take advantage of the extra grip on the bar (in lieu of chalk) AND to thicken up the grip diameter (to work the forearms) ?

I actually only have one set of Lynx Grips, but the reason to use two would be to thicken the grip more. I don’t think a second pair would provide any assistance as far as grip goes.

Two pair of Lynx Grips would cost about as much as a pair of Tyler Grips or Fat Gripz anyway.
