Thanks ! My lower half has been killing me. Haven’t made it through a full squat work out until this past week.

Been trying to stretch and do some agiilty, but I am fat and lazy !

Yeah…I’m not sure what’s up with my walkouts…I only have like 1/4 inch between the weight and the rack…am really struggling with the walkout…thought my later sets looked better and I’m smoking it compared to a couple weeks ago.

And you’re NEVER a PITA (well hardly ever)…I’m one of those Strong Things that would love to come in your small feminine package, so you get away with a lot.
