Yessir I’m all about those PRs. It’s how I know I’m doing better today than I was yesterday

I know what you mean. Ticking off little goals on the way to a longer term goal is a great way to stay focused and keep motivated. I have narrowed this down further to just hitting all the resp and sets the coach gives me. If I do this I mentally celebrate a good session and move onto the next .
