I’ll just chime in on the OHP.
On the private Wendler Forum (and I think on this one too) many like BBS 10 sets of 5 FSL, is doing the trick for many.
I know you’re on triumvirate, but after the top set of OHP you could try maybe just 2 - 3 sets of 5 FSL. Just a thought, it shouldn’t be that taxing but a bit work on technique.

I’ll look to add some FSL into my OHP routine once I’m done with the “as written” stuff the first part of this year.
He’s human! My nerve pain/damage is giving me grief too. It’s an odd feeling when the arm just wont’ work but there’s no sensation of fatigue. You’ll be alright. You can’t analyze every single workout. It can’t be time for a break; you just got back!

Just looked over those videos of your bench.
the 3 reps with 190 looked good and solid and they touched the same place and had same bar path.
Then you wrapped your wrists, and kind of lost the groove.
Try wraps for the 3 working sets.
I go full grip, and try to squeeze the bar as hard as I can. Kind of helps me to get tight.
But you look tight and everything, just out of groove.

I may either try wraps for all working sets or scrap them next time and see if my left wrist causes me grief. Still working on finding what works best for me so I’ll probably try those ideas and then pick something and move forward.

Good tip to help with this is to hold a pencil between your cheeks. If it falls then you know you arent clenching hard enough throughout the lift.
I tried that one time but I kept snapping the pencil in half

Thanks for the cue… They already look at me funny when I grunt my reps for DL and Squat. I can just imagine what they’re going to do when I start snapping pencils between my cheeks.
