HEY GUYS I use R-ALA and i find it’s great, I do find my pee smells weird after I take it though. I wanted to get other peoples results using it as I find that r-ala really makes it a lot easier to maintain a lean physique as you really can cheat and eat crappy more often, anyone else agree?
I was lighter due to m,y wallet being lighter thats about it tried several kinds and for nice runs never any noticable difference IMO

I take Na-R-ALA before breakfast and I feel that it increases my insulin sensitivity. I can feel my blood sugar drop 30 to 45 minutes after taking 600mg of Na-R-ALA.
It works for me and I can stay lean as well as cut fat while eating carbs for breakfast.
