I still feel skeptical about buying the new HOT-ROX Extreme as I don’t know to waste my money again.
I tried the HOT-ROX max strength over 1 month on the cheater’s diet with proper cardio and training and didn’t notice anything new from it. No appetite suppression either.
I rarely get results from fat burners or stimulant. (Spike included)
So is there anybody here who didnt get results from HOT-ROX max strenght but noticed something new with HRX?
Any input would be really appreciated and would greatly help.
HOT-ROX Max is not an appetite suppressant. HRX really isn’t either but it works as one.
Regarding the cheater’s diet- it wasn’t the HOT-ROX that didn’t work for you, it was probably the diet. That’s a discussion for a different thread.
I have seen many benefits from switching to HRX. But keep in mind these are not miracle pills. You still need a diet that is in check, a good solid continuous workout routine, and yes cardio. If you aren’t doing all of this- why even bother looking at using HOT-ROX Max or HRX?
I got nothing but a case of the runs from HOT-ROX Extreme. In the past I have had kick ass results from Max Strength HOT-ROX.
I guess everyone responds to it differently. I just returned a couple bottles of HRX and have gone back to Max Strength HOT-ROX since it worked for me.

It’s very doubtful the HRX caused the “runs.” I’m 99.9% sure it was probably something you ate, or something you overate (fiber for example).
I like HRX a lot. I also like the cheater’s diet. With any diet you need to constantly assess and adjust training/calories/Macronutrient ratios, I belive in that order, but all are important.
As well, I think HRX may have caused the runs for me a couple times at first but now, no issue.
I liked it better than Max Strength Hot-Rox for fat loss. I think 1 cap of HRX is more stim than 1 Hot-Rox Max but Hot-Rox Max let you take 8 per day where as HRX is 4 per day. Anyway, 8 per day of Hot-Rox Max was too much stim for me and 4 of HRX, while it’s a good stim, isn’t too much. I also think though the ‘feel’ factor was similar HRX has a bit more heat associated with it and from my experience did help with weight loss more than Hot-Rox Max.
I never tried Max Strength HOT-ROX but I have just finished my first bottle of HRX and I got some great results. With a good diet and regular exercise i shed about 30 lbs. and lost 4-5% body fat in 2 months. It’s really good stuff.

Actually it very well could have been. One of the ingredients in HRX has been shown to increase peristalsis of the intestinal tract.
I’m making better progress with HOT-ROX Extreme than with Maximum Strength HOT-ROX.
I used Maximum Strength HOT-ROX for 12 weeks (March - May) with a very small change in bodyfat during that time while following a Renegade Training program. For the first month I used 4 pills per day. The second month I used 6 pills per day and the third month I was up to the max dose of 8 pills per day. I only noticed getting nausea when I was at 8 pills a day and feeling warmer. Both would last for hours.
I took a month off during June because my dad died and my training and nutrition was out of whack. I started using HOT-ROX Extreme at the beginning of July along with my Renegade Training program.
I’ve now been on HOT-ROX Extreme for just over a month and am using the minimum dose of two pills per day. I can’t handle any more than two pills because they make me terribly nauseas. I am also extremely warm while using it and have more nervous energy (foot constantly tapping when at work, more “energy” to keep wanting to fidget).
I have not had any other real energy perks or appetite supressing effects from either product.
But my bodyfat percentage has dropped much quicker while using HOT-ROX Extreme in the past month. I notice changes on a weekly basis.
Now, part of it is also my diet. I’ve been controlling my portions more now than when using Maximum Strength HOT-ROX, but I’m not eating a different diet. It’s always clean and pretty basic (meats, fruits and veggies, very little dairy, very few starchy carbs).
I’ll give you more feedback in the next four weeks, as I plan on reaching my bodyfat goals (<12%) in that time frame and then going beyond that in the four weeks that follow.
I’d say that HOT-ROX Extreme is better and with the current special, it’s a deal at that price for something that appears to be stronger and more effective than Maximum Strength HOT-ROX.

99.9% sure it was the HOT-ROX. I quit taking it for a few days while I was camping and the “issue” resolved itself. When I resumed taking the HOT-ROX, it returned. That was all the proof I needed, so I stopped taking it and returned the unopened bottles.

That’s pretty strange. I don’t doubt you as you said you stopped taking it and it went away, I just have never heard anyone else complain of such a thing with HRX. I guess everyone does react differently. That’s too bad you couldn’t continue using it because HRX is probably the most powerful thermogenic product to ever be developed. It surely would have given you good results, if you could get past the liquified side effect.
Last week I finished my first bottle of HRX. I love that stuff! I did the max strength last winter for about 2 cycles with a ‘college diet’ and saw very little change. But with an improved diet and HRX i saw some really good definition coming all over, legs, back, shoulders, arms, abs…just great stuff. I use progress pics to track myself throughout the years so here are a few of my progress pics so ya’ll can see what it did for me.
here’s a shot of my back. i’m sure ya’ll can figure out which is the before and which one is the after. the camera still doesn’t do justice to how well HRX worked. plus i loved taking it in the morning before work; i was very upbeat at 6am which is a change.

No, actually, you look exactly the same. I don’t see any difference at all in either of the before/after pics.
Please don’t post these before/after pics in the physique/photos forum. Hopefully the fact that you posted this in a HOT-ROX thread will save you the unreal flaming you would experience.

You are blind. Heres the test to see if there is a difference…ill pick which one is the before and which one is the after and if im right there is an obv difference. The one on the right is before and the one on the left is after.

yep, your right.
it was a 3-week cycle with a diet change; its not like i expected to go from a 200lbs fatass to 155lb body builder…so for the changes that occured; its pretty significant when you know the time frame. hopefully those of you who didn’t see it before will now, and can turn down/off the flamethrowers; this isn’t a pre-teen gossip site. grow up.
