Hey everyone,

I have to do a school project that involves finding a published journal article that has to do with a research study involving exercise. Can anyone point me in the direction of published exercise related studies? I’m having a hell of a time finding actual studies. Everything I have found so far has just been a review of a study that was done, which my teacher doesn’t want.

I would say the Journal of Strenght and conditioning research is the place to start.

Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise is good, as is the Journal of Applied Physiology.

Plus, you can always just look at Google Scholar.
