Replicating Weights With Resistance Bands

Reviving an old thread re resistance bands. I use them as a separate training tool alongside powerlifting attempts and HIT training - in the gym. Especially for home gym purposes, when time and priority does not allow regular training (or when on vacation). I think your article attached above was spot on!

Question is what rep and set strategy you find most useful? I have tried regular sets (several for more volume) with accentuated negatives, and also different set extending (primarily HIT) strategies (M-reps/zones, Darden strategies, rest-pause, dropset variations, pumpsets etc). Thankful for your insight on this!
