I am doing The Complete Power Look program since last 4 weeks. I replaced front squats with back squats.(there was a thread where CT said it’s ok to replace)
now in Phase 2 ( Day 1), after doing 3x3 of Back squats, do I go for 1 & 1/4 & 1/2 front squats or I should do 1 & 1/4 & 1/2 Back Squats?
Go with the partial movement corresponding with the main lift you selected
