Replacement for Dairy

I’ve been drinking a gallon of milk a day for over a year as well as snacking on cheese throughout the day. I would say dairy makes up about half of my daily calories. I need about 4500-5000 a day to gain weight and usually 2500 of those come from milk and cheese.

The reasoning for this is because milk is cheap (I’m on a budget) and easy to drink, just drink a glass every few hours.
My problem is that I’m chronically congested and getting sinus infections so I’d like to significantly reduce my dairy intake, but I don’t know how else I can get all the protein and calories I need to grow.

This is my current meal plan:

meal 1:
Coffee
2 slices of toast butter and jam
glass of milk

meal 2:
Chicken breast
glass of chocolate milk

meal 3:
2 string cheese
2 summer sausage snack sticks
glass of milk

meal 4:
Crackers with cheddar cheese spread
Glass of milk

Meal 5:
Chicken Breast
Spaghetti w/ sauce
Brocolli
glass of Milk

Meal 6:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Ice Cream
Glass of milk

Meal 7:
2 Cheese sticks
Glass of Chocolate milk

I also snack on junk like chips and whatnot between these meals

So yeah, its a boatload of dairy.
Any suggestions on what I could replace most of this dairy with so that I could still get 4500+ calories and plenty of protein without breaking the bank?

I appreciate the help, thanks all.

Oh and also, I don’t tolerate eggs well for some reason, The only way I can eat them is if its just one or two scrambled, any more, or any other way and i get sick.

natural peanut butter, beef jerky, nuts. You could try powdered milk, it may not cause you problems. Gemma protein powder is cheap, it tastes like ass though.

Drink less milk before you turn into a cow!

Balance and variety in your diet will build more muscle.
