Repeating Cycle

This month has been busy and full of distractions. Week vacation at the beginning then I turned 21 last week so I have simply pushed some workouts up a day. I completed this cycle and started my next one today. Because of the distractions this month I decided to repeat the cycle again.

Is there anything special I should consider? And today on OHP I hit a pr compared to the same weight last cycle: 100x7 to 100x8.

Just hit PRs this cycle man, that’s what it’s about anyway.
