Are there any Renegade brothers in the Waterloo, Ont. area?
Good post. I am not in that area but it got me to thinking, maybe we could start a thread where all Renegade Brothers can post their whereabouts. Then we can use it for a lookup when you want to train with someone. Just a thought.
I live about an hour from waterloo and have been doing renegade training every summer for the past two years. Its a refreshing change from being in the gym all winter. Its great and has improved my level of fitness significantly. I am also of the opinion that it helps make me more injury proof.
