for improving work capacity we’ll also do complexes, 5 - 6 reps per arm /leg of 5 or 6 exercises
example:
- 1 arm snatch x 5 l / r
- 2 hand squat x 5
- 2 hand reverse lunge x 5 l / r
- 1 arm clean and press x 5 l / r
- 1 arm row x 5 l / r
- 1 arm high pull x 5 l / r or 2 hand swings x 10 reps
